POSITION: Compliance Analyst/Regulatory Affairs Specialist Fulltime job, 40 hours per week
Pay/Salary: $100,000.00/ year.

LOCATION: Iven Inc, 127 Northampton Ln Belmont, CA 94002
JOB DUTIES: Study various legal processes relevant to compliance of various federal laws. Coordinate and document internal regulatory processes, such as internal audits and various regulatory filings. Compile and prepare materials and forms for submission to various regulatory agencies. Communicate with clients to assist them with various compliance requirements for various legal process outsourcing as it relates to ensuring compliance of various federal DOL and immigration laws. Review usage and client performance to ensure clients are effectively using process outsourcing and following all compliance and regulatory requirements required. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal studies , Law or closely related field with Twenty Four (24) months of experience in the job offered or as an Legal Director, Legal Manager, Regulatory affairs specialist, Compliance Analyst , Compliance Manager or closely related field.
EXPERIENCE: Twenty Four (24) months of experience working with immigration compliance and any immigration filing software is required. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
